John's experience spans over 28 years leading one of the industry's premier independent manufacturer representative groups, the Calarese Group. In 2011 he took ownership of JohnCalarese & Co., Inc. and quickly enhanced the companies reach into the Janitorial, Food Service and Restuarant Supply markets.

In 2016, John rebranded his company to reflect the power and balance of his team to the Calarese Group.  In 2019, John started CG Integrated Services, LLC, a sales and consulting company, to better serve his clients in the large, national accounts that require more strategic time invested vs field sales investment.  With the combined services available of these entities, The company was able bridge their field sales capabilities of Calarese Group with the strategic management of the merchandizing in these larger companies to form one of the most complete sales and marketing platforms available in B2B.
